The main purpose of our website is to introduce the Southbridge Business Partnership to viewers. In addition, we want to share the organization's activities, explain the benefits of membership, and to allow you to join. Further, it is a means to communicate to our existing membership.
The online membership process will collect full name, business affiliation, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Data collected from members' visits will be used to assess the functionality of the SBP's website in order to enhance the user experience.
Log Data Files
Like most other websites, the SBP makes use of log data files. These files log visitors to the site - usually a standard procedure for hosting companies - and are a part of Google and Facebook analytics which are collected (be aware that Google and Facebook have their own privacy policies). The information inside the log files includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
Third Party Privacy Policies
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
